Waldorf Salad
- Half Bottle Dots White BBQ Sauce
- 2 sweet apples, cored and chopped
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, sliced in half (or 1/4 cup of raisins)
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1 cup chopped, slightly toasted walnuts
- OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup (or more) shredded sharp cheddar cheese or crumbled Gorgonzola cheese.
- Dash of pepper
- Lettuce
In a large bowl, mix the apple, celery, grapes, walnuts and cheese. Toss with half a bottle (or more) of Dot’s White BBQ Sauce and a dash of pepper. Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce. ENJOY

Grilled Shrimp Skewers

- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and de-veined (removing tails is optional)
- 1 C. Dot’s White BBQ Sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Lemon wedges for serving
Add the shrimp, 1 C. Dot’s White BBQ Sauce and minced garlic in a resealable bag and seal. Toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Marinade for 15 minutes to 1 hour. Thread the shrimp onto skewers. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Boiler directions: Preheat the broiler. Place the shrimp skewers on a sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Broil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Sprinkle and serve with lemon wedges.
